Bladder control. Got it? Lets see if we can get it.

This article has been created in partnership with AZO Bladder Control® , but all opinions are my own. Consult your doctor or health care professional for medical advice.

Bladder issues. It’s one of the more common reasons I see women in my office. Whether it’s urinary tract infections or leaking urine with common occurrences such as laughing, coughing, sneezing, or exercising. Or, how about when you, all of a sudden, get that frequent urge to “go” and because there is no bathroom in sight, have to break into your “potty dance.” For the record, my potty dance is a pretty spicy cha-cha that puts my mini into hysterics every time she witnesses it. She’s like, “mommy, do you have to go to the bathroom…AGAIN?!?!?”

With the high volume of patients that I see on a daily basis, my schedule just won’t allow frequent trips to “the ladies room.” Having said such, when I gotta go, I GOTTA GO! There are many different things that come to mind when I think of occasional bladder leakage. We’ve all seen those commercials: “gotta go, gotta go, gotta go, gotta go.” Well, how often do you end up “going” and the result is either a wet pad or panties? Hate when that happens. If you, like many moms/women, find yourself identifying/nodding your head in solidarity as you read this; know that you are NOT alone.

There are numerous reasons this might be happening to you, whether it is related to dietary choices: caffeine, alcohol, spicy/acidic foods, chocolate, fruit, to name a few. Wanting to bring such a common yet “taboo” topic to the forefront, I have recently partnered with AZO Bladder Control® to bring this issue front and center, and have decided to give the product a try. Not wanting to go at this alone, I am asking YOU, to trial this product with me. AZO Bladder Control® with Go-Less® is a safe, drug-free, supplement that supports bladder strength and helps reduce the urge to go, day and night*. Lets give this a go. Personally I am open to any naturally sourced products that will assist in strengthening my bladder and allow me to feel more in control of when I have to go.

So what do you say? Are you in? I already have a lot of patients that use other AZO® products, mainly to treat urinary tract infection symptoms. I’ve not yet tried these products but have always been a bit curious. You know me, always open to alternatives…

You tell me what you think and I’ll tell you what I think. As a special incentive, here is a $3 coupon offer for your troubles: http://bit.ly/AngelaAZO
